I offer individual therapy sessions for adults 18 and older.

I currently have telehealth and in-person availability. I am available Tuesdays through Fridays. My in-person days are Thursdays and Fridays.

I am currently able to accept the following commercial (that is, non-OHP) health insurance plans:

• Providence Health Plans

• Moda Health Plans

• Aetna Health Plans

I am not currently taking other commercial insurance plans, but I can provide a super bill for services. Some insurance companies may reimburse you for a portion of our sessions. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm their policies.

My current fee schedule can be found below.

Individual therapy:

• $225 per intake, assessment/treatment-planning, and re-assessment/treatment-planning update session (flat fee per session)

• $225 per session 53 minutes to 65 minutes

• $195 per session 38 to 52 minutes

• $145 per session 37 minutes or fewer

Session length is determined by clinical need and scheduling considerations.
