I offer individual therapy sessions for adults 18 and older.

I currently have telehealth and in-person availability. I am available Tuesdays through Fridays. My in-person days are Thursdays and Fridays.

I am currently able to accept the following health insurance:

• Commercial Providence Health Plans

• (Starting 10/15/25) Commercial Moda Health Plans

I am not currently taking other commercial insurance plans, but I can provide a super bill for services. Some insurance companies may reimburse you for a portion of our sessions. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm their policies.

My cash fee schedule includes the following:

• $185 per intake, assessment/treatment-planning, and re-assessment/treatment-planning update session, regardless of duration

• $225 per session 65 minutes or longer

• $185 per session 53 minutes to 65 minutes

• $155 per session 38 to 52 minutes

• $105 per session 38 minutes or fewer
